Unilever plans to close its manufacturing plant in City of Industry, CA and shift production to other facilities in the US. Production from the site, which manufactures personal care brands such as Dove, Suave, and AXE, will be transferred to Unilever plants in Jefferson City, MO and Raeford, NC in several phases beginning by the second quarter of 2010.
